47th BLETP Graduation Maine Criminal Justice Academy
Each year, the Basic Law Enforcement Training Program at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy represents one of the most demanding commitments a public servant can make:
body, mind, and principle, aligned in pursuit of something greater than the self.
This Academy demands more than skill, it demands conviction, endurance, and a deep sense of purpose. The 47th graduating class represents the best of those ideals: individuals who have risen to meet one of the most rigorous standards of service, stepping forward into a life defined by honor, sacrifice, and integrity.
The individuals of the 47th graduating class have endured, risen, and earned their place in a long-standing legacy of service, and on May 23, 2025, surrounded by peers, mentors, and families who know the weight of this moment, they step forward with the distinction only few can claim.
To stand at the threshold of such a moment is no small thing. To bear witness to it, surrounded by families, mentors, and departments who understand the depth of that commitment, is truly an honor.
These images were created by Caitlin Frank, Photographer for Beaux & Arrows, whose role in this ceremony carries both professional responsibility and personal significance. Her sister is among the graduates, making this work not only a documentation of achievement, but a celebration rooted in family and shared pride.
“I am so proud of my Sister! What began as an opportunity to celebrate her has given me the privilege to celebrate everyone who supported her, to also have grown alongside her, and to do so with all who share in her future success. It means a lot to me to be able to preserve this huge achievement so many have worked hard for.”

Caitlin approaches this work with more than skill; she brings emotional attentiveness, humility, and sincere respect for every graduate and every family present. Her presence at this ceremony is not only professional, it is personal.
Each image captured is offered as a quiet heirloom: a reminder of what it took to arrive at this day, and of the courage it takes to continue forward in service.
We thank the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department for their trust and collaboration throughout this process. To the graduates: may these images serve as a lasting reminder of all you have earned, all you carry, and all that lies ahead.
Congratulations, Class 47. You have not only earned this moment—you’ve embodied its meaning.
