My role is to help you see it, say it, and solve it; without drama, without delay, and without compromise.

I bring structure where it’s missing, strategy where it’s fractured, and reflection that is honest, not inflated. My work is as personal as it is professional. Most of my clients arrive thinking these parts of themselves are separate. They quickly learn otherwise.

Whether I’m on a lobster boat at sunrise learning generational workflows, embedded within a nonprofit board reviewing cultural patterns, or standing beside you as you make the first honest decision you've made in years, I stay attuned. I submerge into systems to understand them. I observe before I speak. I ask better questions so we don’t waste time chasing answers that were never needed. You will not be asked to change quickly. You will be asked to change precisely.

I hold space for uncertainty without ever letting us sit in stagnation. I value imagination; not for its aesthetics, but for its utility. Good systems require vision. Better ones require trust.

I work with individuals and teams across time zones, industries, and stages of growth. Appointments are held virtually, Monday through Saturday, with availability beginning as early as 3:45 AM EST to accommodate international schedules and executive routines.
While the caliber of my work does not change, the structure through which it’s accessed can be tailored. I offer flexible engagement models that honor a wide range of financial realities—from emerging founders to funded institutions.
