Travel & ACCOMMODATION Details

Arrival

I always plan to arrive to the destination area no later than two days before the wedding. This ensures travel delays and adaptive logistics do not interfere with coverage. Unless multiple days of coverage have been reserved prior, I travel home the following day, bright and early.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for one round-trip ticket to the destination area, three nights of lodging, a mid-size or full-size rental vehicle with unlimited mileage and insurance coverage, and a per diem rate of $175 covers all meals, tips, and daily costs while traveling. All flights and accommodations are selected at Photographer’s discretion to ensure schedule integrity and equipment safety.

As a note, I always travel with my Husband, Jacob. Clients are not responsible to pay for Jacob’s travel nor accommodations.

When travel costs are involved, I provide a separate invoice with proof of reservation and costs, due 48 hours after delivery. We are Platinum Elite members with Marriott, AAA Premier Members, and members of USAA, preferring accommodations that honor these associations.

Should Clients wish to hire additional photographers, they shall be responsible for additional flight and lodging accommodations for each.

DESTINATION DISCOUNTS

If eloping at one of the following locations in 2027, services shall be 50% off: Scotland, Ireland, Greece, Hawaiian Islands, Yellowstone, Bali, and The Caribbean Islands.
